From the time I first sat down and described what I wanted, they were more than happy to incorporate what I was looking for, while making helpful and money saving suggestions. They were able to give me the vintage/garden rose look that I wanted, and took so much "off of my plate" with their expertise. And, when a last minute 'snafu' occurred with another vendor, they took it in stride, handled it professionally, and had the church, and reception hall decorated in record time.
